Bright Future Diplomats is a global organisation that specialises in developing future diplomats through diplomatic role-playing. It provides a forum for Young Leaders and Changemakers to discuss and find solutions to the most difficult global problems. Grand Convention
Bright Future Diplomats will host an International Grand Symposium with famous diplomats and ambassadors who will present talks on the core issue, Making Future Leaders.
Delegates will also get the opportunity to debate and discuss the themes with their peers, as well as ask distinguished speakers questions during a magnificent diplomatic dinner.
Diplomatic Sessions
Delegates will be assigned countries and will act as ambassadors and representatives during various diplomatic sessions. We believe it would be unjust for everyone to travel all the way to Europe and then leave without experiencing the beauty and culture that the countries has to offer. We are glad to tell you that at the conclusion of the Bright Future Diplomats Conference, a city tour will be organised for delegates to appreciate the city’s culture and history.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE?
Yes, Bright Future Diplomats is a self-funded conference, and attendees must pay a conference fee..
We offer three conference packages: full experience, accommodation, and non-accommodation.

IS THE VISA FEE AND FLIGHT TICKET INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE PACKAGES?
None of the Conference Packages include a plane ticket or a visa fee.
Flight tickets must be purchased directly from the airline or through a local travel agency by delegates.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE BRIGHT FUTURE DIPLOMATS CONFERENCE?
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your participation at least 30 days before Check-In, you may be eligible for a Credit Voucher.
Payment can be made online here with a credit/debit card, a master card, a visa, or a direct bank transfer.
WILL I RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION?
Yes, all participants will receive a Participation Certificate bearing the official Bright Future Diplomats seal.
HOW CAN I OBTAIN A VISA INVITATION LETTER?
You can request a Visa Invitation Letter by sending us an email with a scanned copy of your passport and an official payment receipt.
Please be aware that only our confirmed delegates who have successfully completed the payment procedure will be given a Visa Invitation Letter.
